LKC Health and Wellness provides professional services for Corporate programs, small groups  and personalized sessions.  Our team consists of certified Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle coaches,  a Physician for Mental Health consultations, and passionate facilitators for wellness programs.   We have been helping clients find their optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle choices.
